Peacock investigates OJ’s Accomplice in two-part doc from Ample Entertainment

OJ’s Accomplice has found a buyer in the UK

NBCUniversal’s streaming service Peacock in the US has commissioned a two-part documentary about former American footballer and convict OJ Simpson.

Produced by Ample Entertainment, OJ’s Accomplice (2×60’) examines whether Simpson, who was charged and later acquitted of the unsolved murders of his wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994, could have committed the crimes with an accomplice.

Featuring exclusive interviews with Brown’s friend Kato Kaelin and her sister, alongside never-before-heard accounts from eyewitnesses, OJ’s Accomplice challenges the dominant narrative of the murders and presents new testimony that raises questions as to whether members of Simpson’s inner circle may have been involved.

Production on the docuseries has wrapped and international distributor Sphere Abacus, who will present the project at Mipcom, has secured a buyer in the UK.

OJ’s Accomplice is created by Ample Entertainment’s CEO Ari Mark, who exec produces with Sumit David.
